We work with patients carrying a lymphedema diagnosis — often with concurrent wound care needs — across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin, accepting Medicare, UHC, Aetna, BCBS, Humana, Wellcare, and Tricare. Our focus is improving therapy adherence and outcomes for patients referred by primary care physicians, wound clinics, case managers, and post-acute care providers.
